As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen operational safety and emergency preparedness, an Elevator Rescue and Emergency Response Training Program was conducted on the morning of June 16, 2026. The program brought together members of the technical and security teams, as well as representatives from various departments across the building, to enhance their ability to respond effectively to elevator-related emergencies and ensure the highest standards of safety for all occupants.

During the program, participants received comprehensive instruction from experienced professionals on elevator rescue and emergency response procedures in compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. The training covered the identification of common elevator malfunctions, appropriate initial response actions, communication and coordination protocols among relevant departments, and key safety measures to ensure the well-being of individuals trapped inside elevators.
