Golden City Joint Stock Company, abbreviated as Golden City., JSC., was originally established as Gold Dat Viet Joint Stock Company in 2007. From the first days of operation, Golden City has always committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and services in the real estate industry. The year 2015 marked a significant milestone as the company officially relocated its headquarters to Vinh City, Nghe An Province, laying the foundation for even greater and stronger advancements.

2007

On September 24, 2007, Golden City Joint Stock Company was officially established in Hanoi, formerly known as Gold Dat Viet Joint Stock Company.

2008

Started investing in the mineral market with construction stone mines in Quy Hop.

2010

An impressive year for the company as the Ha Huy Tap Ward Urban Area project (Golden City 1) was officially granted permission for planning survey and layout. This opened up a new opportunity for a series of significant real estate projects in the future.

2011

On September 5, 2011, the People's Committee of Nghe An Province issued a decision to approve the detailed construction plan of the Ha Huy Tap Ward Residential Area project (Golden City 2). Golden City was the main investor. This marked a significant turning point as the company expanded into the real estate market.

2013

In mid-2013, the company issued approval for the project's direction, initiated the submission of documents to request planning survey for the Residential Area project in Nghi Phu Commune (alternatively named: Nghi Phu Residential and Commercial Services Area, Vinh City - Golden City 3).

2015

Gold Dat Viet Joint Stock Company officially changed its name to Golden City Joint Stock Company.

During the same period, the company relocated its headquarters to Nghe An Province. This marked the beginning of a period of deep and strong development, paving the way to become one of the largest real estate developers in Nghe An province.

2017

Introduction of a new brand identity.

In April 2017, the project for Residential Apartments and Townhouses for the Nghe An Provincial Police Department in Nghi Phu Commune was granted a construction permit (Golden City 6A).

2019

Once again, there was a change in the headquarters, aiming for a more professional and modern working environment.

In parallel with the construction of urban areas and residential communities, the company continued to invest in building other potential resort real estate projects. Among them, the Lan Chau Island resort project in Cua Lo town, Nghe An province,  was granted a construction permit on October 2, 2019.

2020

Success followed by success, the Golden City Resort project in Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh province, was also officially granted a construction permit in mid-2020.

2021

On March 30, 2021, the Golden City 5 Residential Area project in Nghi Phu commune was granted a permit for technical infrastructure construction.

2023

15 years - the perfect time for brand repositioning, to keep up with new development trends, and to convey and showcase internal strength and future vision
